 It is our honor and privilege to recognize – Mr. Prabeesh M. P., for induction into the Hall of Fame of J&A Bharat & Global HSE Foundations for the month of July 2025, for your outstanding contributions fulfilling the duties and responsibilities as Chair, HSE Digital Tools & Innovation. 

He played a pivotal role in shaping and furthering the Foundations’ identity and outreach. With the vision, creativity, and dedication have significantly enhanced our Foundation’s existence and progress enabling us to connect with a broader audience and amplify our Mission of ‘Giving Back’ to HSE Fraternity with ongoing continued success in the field of health, safety and environmental and that too with excellence. 

Currently serving as Team Lead – HSE at MB Petroleum Services, Kuwait, overseeing HSE activities for upstream drilling operations under KOC. Brings over 16 years of diversified experience in HSE management across onshore drilling, offshore construction, oil & gas facilities, and infrastructure projects. Previously held the position of QHSE Manager at Tatwan General Trading, successfully leading the implementation of HSE systems for 8 rigs, achieving multiple LTI free milestones, and receiving recognition from KOC for excellence in HSE performance and safety campaign initiatives. Academically qualified with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Bachelor’s in Science, Master Program in Safety Management, Level 6 International Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (British Safety Council), and Level 7 International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (Qualifi, UK). Holds TSP (Transitional Safety Practitioner) status from BCSP and is NEBOSH certified. A certified trainer in Rig Pass, H2S, Permit to Work, and Rigging & Slinging, with proven expertise in behavioral safety implementation, audits, incident investigations, training coordination, contractor HSE management.
