The tool/trend we’re using

Deep Review is SciSpace’s mode for a more comprehensive literature analysis, going beyond surface summaries by gathering and organizing insights from multiple high-quality papers.

Contractor pre-qualification and method statement review
Use case: A contractor submits a method statement for scaffolding, lifting, jetting, welding, or cleaning.
How we use it:
• Deep Review helps you identify typical missing controls and high-frequency failure modes for that activity.
• SciSpace Agent turns it into a review checklist: “What must be in the method statement” + “what to verify on site.”
Chemical substitution decisions (operations + maintenance)
Use case: Changing degreaser, rust remover, paint, adhesive, cleaning spray, or gasket remover.
How we use it:
Deep Review helps compare hazard themes (vapours, skin effects, ignition risk) and proposes a substitution rationale you can attach to the risk assessment.
