• He worked in Hindustan Engineering Corporation as Head of HSE for their Pan India Operations in Electrical Projects
• He is involved with the project team to have a PDCA Cycle designed and achieved through site Team members, lead by the Project Manager and Planning and Administration Head
• He worked as EHS Head (Advisor) General Manager Grade of Railways Business Unit INR9K Cr Projects Pan India, Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd, was posted at Regional Office Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India till 30th Apr 2022

• He worked as as Site EHS Engineer in Refineries (BPCL & HPCL), Atomic Research (BARC Tarapur), High Rise Buildings, US Consulate Construction, Transmission Line L&T- Engineering Construction & Contracts (ECC) sites and also in Total as Regional Manager –ECC Mumbai, Cluster EHS Head-Kolkata, PT&D, Segment Head –S&E India, Utility Power Distribution (UPD), & BU EHS Head-India, UPD, PT&D-L&T Construction and Advisor & Head (GM) EHS – Railway Business Unit, Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited.
• He recently retired as DGM & BU EHS Head (India) of Utility Business Unit of PT&D (INR16K Cr Projects Pan India & abroad), L&T Construction
• He is currently associated with 5M EHS Consultancy Services as Proprietor for auditing, Inspection of EHS Management Systems, Training and EHS Manpower development of various organisations.
• He is currently volunteering with J&A Bharat HSE Foundation. In recognition of his outstanding services, Founding Trustee have appointed him as an Advocate of J&A Bharat HSE Foundation for the state of West Bengal, India.
